Refund Policy 

Definition of Refund

A refund refers to the return of all or part of the amount paid by a customer for the hire of a garment. Refunds are granted in accordance with the terms below and may be issued as:

  • A monetary refund to the original payment method, or

  • A credit note (store credit) valid for future hire.


Cancellations & Refunds

1. Cancelled 14 or more days before the booking date:
A full refund will be issued (excluding any non-refundable booking or processing fees).

2. Cancelled 7–13 days before the booking date:
A credit note will be issued for the full amount, valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

3. Cancelled less than 7 days before the booking date:
No refund will be provided. However, if the garment has not yet been shipped or exclusively reserved, we may be able to offer a credit note at our discretion.


Garment Fit or Unsuitability

If the item does not fit or is unsuitable, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. Provided the item is returned unworn, with all tags intact and in original condition, you may be eligible for a credit note (less shipping and handling fees). This is subject to approval and does not apply to items worn or damaged.


No Refunds Will Be Issued For:

  • Change of mind after dispatch

  • Failure to wear the item during the hire period

  • Late returns

  • Damaged or altered garments

  • Items returned without prior notice or approval


Delivery Delays

While we use reliable couriers, we cannot guarantee delivery times. Delays caused by postal or courier services are outside our control and do not qualify for a monetary refund. In certain cases, a partial credit may be considered.
